Reflexology in Bath (incl Batheaston, Bathford, Bathampton, and surrounding areas) --- 01225 851636

Welcome to my website which I hope you will find interesting. Reflexology is a safe and gentle therapy that encourages the body to work naturally to restore it's own healthy balance.

Reflexology is a holistic therapy which means it treats the whole person. It is a wonderful way to relax and relieve the stresses and strains of a busy life. As it is now thought that 75-80% of illness is currently caused by stress, it is important that people take responsibility for their own health.

I believe reflexology is an essential part of maintaining good health, much like good nutrition and exercise. Since qualifying I have concentrated my study and training on different aspects of reflexology. This now allows me to offer you a unique treatment according to your needs. I have recently qualified as a facial reflexologist and now offer this as a complete treatment on it's own or in combination with foot reflexology.

Clients come for many different reasons. Some for regular monthly treatments to help maintain their current good health. Here the emphasis is on relaxation, maybe to help them cope with a stressful job or situation. Others may seek reflexology to assist with symptoms relating to a particular health issue. Sometimes short but more frequent treatments may be beneficial in starting the healing process. If this is necessary one alternative is Vertical Reflexology (VRT) which works the reflexes on the top of the feet. Although a shorter treatment it is just as effective.

I have trained in maternity reflexology so if you are pregnant there are a range of techniques that may relieve some of the minor aliments associated with pregnancy, or just give you that much needed peaceful hour of relaxation and restore your energy levels. If you are trying for a baby reflexology may contribute to making sure your body is working at it's optimum.

I have been a reflexologist since 2007 and, alongside my regular practice, I have also worked as an assistant tutor for the International Institute of Reflexology, helping run their diploma course in Bristol.

I work from my home in Batheaston which is handy if coming from Chippenham, Trowbridge or other areas east of Bath.

Please visit my other pages to find out more about reflexology, and treatments. I look forward to meeting you.

"I must say thank you for your treatment today. I will confess that I was really sceptical about how someone feeling my feet could help with pain in my arm. But the improvement has been dramatic - I am a complete convert. I can't tell you how depressed I felt last night when I had to give in to pain killers. But now I really feel that I'm on the mend. Thank you so much for your help."
