Treatments can include a classical reflexology session, or vertical reflexology (VRT) which you can have by itself, or in combination with a traditional treatment.
VRT is a shorter treatment but because it is more powerful is just as effective and is useful if people need to come for several visits in close succession.
I normally recommend a full hours treatment for your first visit as it enables me to assess your responsiveness to reflexology and what will best suit your needs. Everyone is different and in discussion together the most suitable treatment plan can be made for you.
